Important results from the project
The study aims at scientifically verify correlations between the key ratio for performance abilty - AGERUS PerformanceIndex (API) - and other important key ratios such as result, productivity, health and customer satisfaction. By support of the study AGERUS can offer a whole new key ratio for companies to use as a tool in managing and developing their business. The study covers five industries: Retail, Banking/Insurance, Manufacture, Hotels/Restaurants, Healtcare.
