Important results from the project
New marketing plan. The marketing plan is revised. Decisions on market priorities. We have selected three priority markets / applications Self-knowledge to be able to quote and produce products. Three pieces of standardized variants of drives. Will be ready 2013-05-31.
Expected long term effects
The financial results do not correspond to the expected outcome. Main reason is that we had to add significantly more time on technology development than we first calculated. Expected sales impact is not reached. The outcome is too modest.
Approach and implementation
We intend to conduct a market scan by inviting at seminars has not worked. We were too poor response to our invitations we chose instead to directly reach potential customers.
