Important results from the project
The project aimed at the development of new water mist nozzles for automatic high pressure residential sprinklers that provide higher efficiency in fire fighting and lower energy consumption.
Expected long term effects
With new technology for producing high-pressure water mist dynamically, there is a great potential to be able to produce efficient mobile sprinklers for residential use where most victims of fires are found.
Approach and implementation
In cooperation with subcontractors, technical institutions and own development staff, different principles and concepts for producing water mist with different pressures have been tested and verified.
