Purpose and goal

The aim of the project was to create an independent cloud service for the transport industry (Cloud logistics), which solves the entire flow ofvpayments, agreements and rights as well as traceability in a digital offer. WayBill Complete is a cloud service that is based on simplicity and puts the driver in focus. The goals of the project were to develop a first working prototype of WayBill Complete, establish a go-to-market strategy and an IPR strategy. We have met these three objective.

Expected results and effects

1. Marketplace: A well-designed prototype for MVP with a clear interaction model with an open, simple and efficient interface, including priority functionality. 2. Verified, competitive business models that drivers, freight forwarders, hauliers and transport managers find attractive. 3. Optimized support processes for database analysis for efficiency of service and competitive marketing service. 4. Strategy for IP and business upscaling of the service in new markets. 5. Finished prototype for additional advanced functionality for the marketplace
