Purpose and goal
To expand and strengthen the SME network within the Swedish mining and metal-producing industry and competitiveness among SMEs. The project works to connect innovative SMEs and the larger partners within the Swedish mining eco system during the last year and the extension would capitalize on that momentum with one more year. The transfer of knowledge and learnings to the new innovation program, Metals & Minerals which is a part of the Swedish Impact Innovation.

Fortify Sweden´s leadership by integrating relevant and new SMEs effectively into the mining value chain Address the industry´s evolving challenges and maintain its competitive edge Highlight the vital role of the mining and metal-producing industry in the green transition Promote sustainable processes and production chains to reduce the environmental footprint globally Leverage SMEs´ innovation capacity to drive the pace of innovation through experiences from other industries
Planned approach and implementation
