Purpose and goal

The project will inspire companies and individuals to develop innovations for green transition, sustainable growth and a stronger business community. Through collaboration and ind. symbiosis, economically sustainable business models with positive environmental and social impacts are promoted. The project´s objective is that BizMaker has increased the number of new, knowledge-intensive and sustainability-driven growth companies through collaboration regionally, nationally and internationally.

Expected effects and result

We expect that regional, national and international collaboration has led to more knowledge-intensive and sustainability-driven growth companies. We also expect that we have contributed to the green transition, a diversified business sector and increased regional attractiveness. Finally, we expect that through industrial symbiosis we can see a cutting edge that develops crucial solutions for the green transition through advanced technology and complex and capital-intensive innovations.

Planned approach and implementation

During the program period, we will offer business development for sustainable growth and societal benefit to knowledge-intensive business ideas within the target group for the project through quality-assured selection and incubation processes and accelerators. We will also work to develop individuals in an equal and sustainability-driven entrepreneurship with support for business development, innovation management and inclusive activities, among other things.
