Purpose and goal
This project has definitely fulfilled the general goal - to strengthen the network and complete building up the project described as Phase B, which includes: To ensure a common understanding of the proposed project and its components or work packages and reach consensus on the overall purposes of the projects and the WPs. To agree on roles and responsibilities of different participating actors.
Results and expected effects
The achieved results: A preliminary study on existing environmental conditions, fuel supply system and fuel quality issues Agreements between partners on the project organization, structure, work-packages´ components, budges and responsibilities for the Phase B. Formulation of the proposal for Phase B with identified tasks of all work-packages. Consensus on project management A documented road map for the implementation of each WPs; A proposed system for monitoring and follow-up Consequently, our proposal for Phase B is granted by VINNOVA and Energimyndigheten!
Approach and implementation
The results were achieved by: (1) Two workshop in Jilin, China (2) Study tours in Jilin and conmunication with China partners (3) Meetings, discussions and telecommunications (4) Writings for preparation of proposal for Phase B.
