Important results from the project
After a certain change in the technical approach, the system is developed, tested and completed according to plan. We have received good response from our test pilots and clearly see the positive effects that this solution will result in reducing food waste in the grocery trade.
Expected long term effects
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, we have not yet had the opportunity to launch the system for active use of consumers in stores. Therefore, we do not yet know what the effects will look like. The official launch has been delayed to April 1, 2020.
Approach and implementation
Thanks to our competent staff and a clear idea of HOW and WHY we wanted to implement the project, we were able to get started quickly and successfully find solutions to the patrols we encountered along the way. The changes in the technical development of how the system would work resulted in some delay of the alpha / beta tests. The impact of the COVID-19 crisis on the grocery trade has also affected the project. Today we have a completed, tested solution ready to be launched when the crisis is over. On the whole, we are therefore very satisfied with the project.
