Purpose and goal
The aim is to ensure that more innovative ideas are captured and developed into excellent startups that realize their knowledge advantage, build teams and sustainability, reduce risk and implement time-to-market through validated tools, processes, methods and business development / targeted specialist competences. In this way competence, value and growth are generated regionally/nationally and contribute to securing Sweden as "innovation-nation". The goal is through targeted efforts support excellent startups reduce risk, build company value and speed up time-to-market.

Planned approach and implementation
Through developed selection processes and competences, we intend to direct efforts to broad target groups in order to achieve a higher, even more relevant and diversified long-term sustainable dealflow of excellent startups to the incubator program. Offer excellent startups faster way to "fail-fast" or sustainable market and funding through the incubator program´s targeted and customized development methods, models, processes, verification activities, commercialization journeys / customer activities, matchmaking, networks, business coaching, specialist skills.
