Important results from the project

During the period November 2020 -January 2021, a collaboration was carried out between researchers at CASL / Stockholm School of Economics and CHEF´s content studio on the theme Responsible Leadership. The basis for the collaboration was the newly published book Responsible leadership - the path to sustainable business. The purpose of the collaboration was to make top management and a broad target group of managers aware of the connection between responsible leadership, innovation and business. The purpose was achieved according to measurements made.

Expected long term effects

The number of participants in the webinar met expectations as well as subsequent video views. The participants in the webinar represented a number of different industries in both the public and private sectors. Both the panelists and the moderator were judged to be of high quality. Regarding the native articles, Linkedin and the newsletter showed the highest spread. In social media, the number of views amounted to about 34,000 on Linkedin and about 51,000 on Facebook.

Approach and implementation

In addition to a webinar with representatives of Stora Enso, Apoteket and a researcher, four native articles were published on the theme of responsible leadership. The webinar and the articles were shown ay CHEFS different channels for marketing such as Chef Live, chef.se, Chef Facebook and Chef LinkedIn.
