Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to conduct a screening of the company´s IP assets and develop a strategy that supported the business plan. Another aim was to get support in strategic choices about how Katla Aero will handle IP in the future.
Expected long term effects
The project was carried out according to plan and an IP strategy was developed that dealt with several different aspects of the company´s IP work. The IP strategy provided a status for the current situation and it was described how different forms of protection of intellectual property rights could be designed, depending on business goals.
Approach and implementation
The project was divided into three parts, which were executed sequentially. The collaboration was smooth and deliveries timely.
