Important results from the project
The purpose of Borås Innovation Platform has been partly to be knowledgeable together with five other platforms in Sweden vis-à-vis Vinnova and society and partly to create a permanent innovation environment in own city. We tried to approach the innovation environment via top down methods such as ISO. It did not work. Now, instead, we are trying everyday innovations based on bottom up perspective. It is fortunate. Something that has developed and continues to grow is that the own department is now reshaping itself and becoming an agile environment with coordination responsibilities.
Expected long term effects
In the years 23-24, effects from Pilot 1 Everyday innovations are big in a small format. Participants experience greater job satisfaction, more teamwork, saved working hours and new working methods. See report from Leif Denti and Anna Frost.
