Important results from the project

The aim and objective have been to support the Vinnväxtmiljöerna in their work on inclusive and sustainable innovation. With the developed modular training program, in combination with a report, the project shows how the Vinnväxtmiljöerna through increased knowledge and experience of norm-critical analyzes and inclusive working methods can increase their degree of innovation.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We have investigated why previous work in gender mainstreaming have not yielded lasting results. Despite previous efforts, Vinnväxtmiljöerna found it difficult to integrate new working methods and methods for inclusion. Therefore, we have developed practical exercises and knowledge-raising initiatives for participants in several hierarchical levels in the Vinnväxtmiljöerna, creating a shared responsibility for the innovation work. We focus on organizational memory, as well as on structures for learning and implementation.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We describe how Vinnova can support Vinnväxt in their work for more effective inclusion of gender equality in the innovation work. We believe that a broader focus, where norm criticism and the inclusion of perspectives are highlighted creates a clear connection to the organization´s innovative capacity. We have started from the Vinnväxtmiljöerna´s experiences, interests and needs for support for inclusive innovation, identified and modified suitable methods, tools and initiatives for inclusive innovation and packaged these.
