Important results from the project

Today, there are several types of interventions aimed at supporting the skills development of future or existing entrepreneurs. The purpose of this feasibility study has been to explore the extent to which these are rigged to help us quickly get many more intra / entrepreneurs who drive initiatives that contribute to sustainable development and change of society. In addition, the ambition has been to capture and disseminate good examples but also reasons why the situation looks as it does, and ideas for development. The results are published in the report (in Swedish).

Expected long term effects

The results show that there are many good examples of businesses working on this issue and that they have achieved some success. Here is a foundation to build upon even if it is not so comprehensive. However, more efforts are needed to spread these good examples but also to remove many of the obstacles at various levels that exist for implementation in order to quickly get more "impact entrepreneurs".

Approach and implementation

This pre-study was conducted through interviews, participation in workshops and seminars etc. The report highlights the following contexts: primary & secondary schools, colleges & universities, innovation competitions, municipalities & regions, government authorities, financiers & investors, large companies, incubators, and entrepreneurs. Some recommendations: develop a national collective leadership on the issue, cross-pollination, change the mindset of financiers, develop new forms of measuring, increase international collaboration and digitalisation.
