Purpose and goal
Participate at Gstar game show in Busan. Meet Korean games companies and Korean trade organisation. Met Busan mayor. Public and media present. Objectives achieved as planned.
Expected results and effects
Increased exchange between Swedish and Korean business. Korean investment in Sweden. Swedish games launched in South Korea.
Planned approach and implementation
Field trip to Asia: China, Japan and South Korea. Application concerns the part in South Korea. Visit to GStar game show in Busan. Partly financed by Rising North and co-organised with Business Sweden and the Nordic trade bodies in games. Analysis: Great interest, in particular from small and medium-sized game companies.
