Important results from the project
The project intended to prepare a competitive proposal to EIC Accelerator for submission in October 2024. We received a GO during the summer to submit a full proposal. The assessment of the same rated 4 of 4, which is the highest one can get. So now we await a possible interview in January, in case we pass their eye of the needle. We had to come up with a good plan, which we actually lacked, or had in different parts for different purposes and in different ways. This gave a good overall picture.
Expected long term effects
Our plan for the future has become clear and with it also our capital needs and valuation of the company. If we are lucky and receive EIC support and/or external investment, we will be able to put a revolutionary product on the market together with a large, world-leading partner in the near future.
Approach and implementation
Our main partner, Cofiad, was pushing us in a good way, with an incredible number of good inputs. Euro-Funding who was then involved in the big proposal acted the same way. Having said that, you could say they were project managers. Which was good, so we did the right things in the right order and at the right time. We had perhaps allocated too little of our own time to the project, but we managed it in the end with good help, good cooperation and came up with a really good plan for the future.
