Important results from the project
Through the project, Takeachange has developed a SaaS platform that helps leaders to develop in a measurable way through the involvement of stakeholders.
Expected long term effects
Through the project, we have developed a prototype for the platform and validated a business model. Expected effects are that the service can contribute to more effective leadership development and an improved learning culture for organizations and leaders.
Approach and implementation
The project has worked in an agile development process during the period 2019-04-01 - 2020-03-30, which was a sufficient period of time. The agile method has given us the ability to prioritize and steer during the project, which was suitable for running the innovation project.
