Important results from the project
In 2020, the Health and Care Administration in Helsingborg conducted a preparatory project with the aim of investigating the conditions for starting and operating test beds for AI-driven solutions in the care environment. The work has resulted in several insights and a very elaborate model for building a test bed that is worth testing. and relevant to all actors. The model has a clear and easy-to-understand business model with attractive services that make it easier for companies during a critical part of the development work.
Expected long term effects
In short, the measurable results are about a well-thought-out and elaborated model based on lessons learned from interviews, sharp test beds, but also international evaluations of test beds. The model is very clear and concrete and contains detailed business model, organization, process and support documents. All described in a comprehensive report made available with the publication. The expected effects of a sustainable test bed are about increased innovation power and accelerated development in applied AI for care and care at the national level.
Approach and implementation
The project form ´preparation project´ has proved to be a very valuable tool. We feel that we have had time to devote to world reconnaissance and market analysis, which are all too often sacrificed on the altar of urgency. Thanks to conversations with existing test beds and evaluations have reconsidered assumptions and beliefs. The time taken by the project will certainly be earned during the implementation.
