The dilemmas have formed the cornerstones for an evaluation model where the management of these dilemmas has been transformed into qualities in the establishment of the sustainable university. The point of the evaluation model is that it focuses on the content of the business, not systems, processes and rules. The model has now been applied at Högskolan Väst.
