Important results from the project

During this planning project we worked towards a bid for an EU project (EIC - Transition). The goals of the planning project were met as we could: 1. identify the most suited project to build the bid on, thus increasing our customer readiness level (CRL), 2. complete the qualifying TRL level for the main project (now we are between TRL 3 and 4, as expected). During the planning project we could also increase our investment readiness level, update our business plan and expand the Team.

Expected long term effects

Regardless of whether we will be granted the main project, the updated MVP, together with the Team expansion and renewed business plan are all going to be long term effects of this planning project that will contribute shaping LiNPhA´s progress. The improved CRL and IRL will also contribute accelerating our growth thus affecting our medium to long term advancement.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out focusing on: - Development of the business case, through workshops and outreach to potential partners and customers, - R&D concerning the product and the process (increasing the TRL and reshaping the MVP), - Writing a project proposal which accounts for our strengths, the situation of the market and the potential of the technology, - Submitting the proposal and starting the preparation for potential interviews (second stage in the main project granting process).
