How should we understand each other to find a way of working that promotes innovation and at the same time ensures that laws and regulations are followed? Are regulations developed and used in a way that means that new technology contributes to meeting the Agenda 2030 goals?

· Kristina Svahn Starrsjö is a Justice Counsel in the Supreme Administrative Court. She has previously been director general of the Data Inspectorate and Head of the Constitutional Unit at the Ministry of Justice. Kristina is one of the seven members of the Comet.

· Cecilia Magnusson Sjöberg is professor of law and subject manager for legal informatics at Stockholm University. She has led several government investigations focusing on research data and digital administration.

· Fredrika Gullfot, entrepreneur and CEO of Simris Alg, a company in algae cultivation and processing of algae-based products since 2010. Since 2016, products from the company are sold in the EU, Australia & South Korea.
