Important results from the project

The goal of the project is to give more access to evidence-based treatment for urinary leakage with support of the app Tät, which now has had 350,000 users. We wanted to transfer the app to a new technical platform, with increased user-friendliness, the possibility of different business models and simplifications in terms of translations into other languages. This was successful and the app is now available in 9 languages in 9 different countries with increased subscribers and revenue.

Expected long term effects

Enables faster spread of the Tät app to more countries. Enables us to test different business models for other apps within the project Enables collaboration with healthcare companies.

Approach and implementation

We transferred the Tät app (medical device class I) from one technical platform to another. In connection with this, an extensive design review was done in aim to make the app even more user-friendly and clear. We also adapted the pricing to the market and introduced new tools to facilitate translations into more languages. In parallel with this work, we held several workshops together with the regulatory consultant to update our QMS and the technical documentation.
