Purpose and goal

The project aims to scale up the production of plant-based melting cheese, which is currently under development. To verify the product, we will develop our current business concept and also target food service (such as restaurants, cafes and manufacturers of ready meals). During the project, we plan to find new collaborators who can help us reach the market and verify our product.

Expected effects and result

1. Improved product quality. 2. Optimized production process. 3. Sustainability focus: Running a sustainable food production that minimizes our impact on the climate. By using plant-based raw materials, we contribute to reducing the load on land and water resources, and minimize emissions of greenhouse gases. 4. Market expansion and establishment. 5. Customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

Planned approach and implementation

We will regularly evaluate our progress against planned milestones and timeframes. Measurable KPIs will be used to objectively assess project status, including production capacity, sales volumes and market share. Progress reporting will be an integral part of the process, and we will keep both the project steering group and Vinnova informed of our results and challenges.
