Important results from the project

In the project, we have completed a documentation of the software code as well as a necessary development of the software. We have subsequently worked together with Karolinska IT to implement the software at Karolinska. The work has included identification of tables and variables in the hospital´s medical record databases and connection to the P3S software. During the project, we have made new contacts and started working together with a new future CEO of the company.

Expected long term effects

In the long term, our software will make it possible to follow healthcare-related infections and other harmful healthcare events with high quality and with low personnel resources.

Approach and implementation

We have had external consultants who worked with software development together with the company and ongoing implementation at Karolinska.
