The project has led to increased competence and verified how the production should be carried out and what the business model should look like. The outcome of the project has verified the market and identified future customers. The results demonstrate the possibility of developing a new branch of business in Sweden that contributes to increased food supply and food security as well as new job opportunities.
Approach and implementation
