Important results from the project

In this project, we have demonstrated In2great’s integration technology of 2D materials by fabricating prototypes of novel transistors in collaboration with a world-leading research group that synthesizes the highest quality 2D materials available today and strengthen our network within the hub of the semiconductor industry.

Expected long term effects

The results of this project are an essential milestone for In2great since they showcase the capabilities of our technology and further convinced the industry of its added value and relevance. Thus, this project has contributed towards engagement with a large semiconductor manufacturer, putting our technology to use to revolutionize electronics and transition toward a sustainable future.

Approach and implementation

We used In2great’s proprietary integration technology to manufacture prototypes with high-quality 2D materials synthesized by our collaborators and fabricate field-effect transistors in a wafer scale process.
