Important results from the project

The aim of the project was to develop a solution that gives the patient a clear and easily accessible interface to healthcare and to their own mental health. The project has delivered well above our expectations as the solution we landed in can both be offered as a standalone service, implemented in to our current offer and also help us expand our offer to a whole new market. In addition, we have gained invaluable insights from the user studies we have been able to carry out thanks to the project.

Expected long term effects

In addition to the overall insights we´ve gained linked to mental illness, we´ve also gained specific insights linked to the projects objective/ goals. E.g. If you want to improve the patient experience and increase the response motivation of an individual, it is not about improving a flow and the format of questions. What is required is that you create a deep individual understanding of the importance of following your health over time, which is something you can achieve by letting a person regularly do a health check, and thus apply a "learning by doing" method for increased motivation.

Approach and implementation

The project has been carried out as expected, through a flexible process guided by the lessons we learned from individuals and organizations during the project. Thanks to the process we used, we have allowed ourselves to follow the direction that provides the most value for the intended user / customer and thus the most value for us. In addition to insights and knowledge, this approach has resulted in a solution that has benefited several different parts of our company and also contributes to an expanded market offering.
