Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** 1. The thesis surrounding the problem was validated and clarified - customers want to use AI-based tools to support them in their work but value privacy and data security highly. 2. The legislation and the intended users are not mature enough to automate the work, this based on integrity and quality but also practice and data base. 3. To act as valuable support the service needs to be more deeply integrated into an interface adapted to the customers´ workflow.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Despite the legal requirement for sustainability reporting, companies are slow to start working with the legislation, which leads to longer decision cycles and unclear and constantly changing expectations. We see a great need for support solutions that help customers in their workflows, but a lower need to support customers in reporting to others upcoming sustainability legislation. The focus is on solving the problem they have right now. The rapid development in available LLMs also favors an iterative process.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Overall, our solutions were considered to facilitate work, however, some parts were more valuable than others based on customer maturity and workflows. However, our larger customers have on several occasions highlighted the importance of data privacy and the need to comply with GDPR, which has led to certain technical choices requiring higher control, costing more, taking longer to get to market and requiring more work to maintain.
