With this the offer, Vinnova wants to strengthen the conditions for realizing a circular and climate-neutral industry.
We turn to stakeholder constellations that want to analyze policy issues and behavioral factors that counteract the transition to a circular and climate-neutral industry. We see that it can be both individual and organizational behaviors in a national and international context. These can be widely differing factors that need to be elucidated and evaluated, such as business models, laws, regulations, certifications, standards, work organizations and processes, incentive structures, consumer behavior or instruments.
Project that are financed must investigate obstacles and opportunities and come up with concrete proposals for what is required to drive the transition to a circular and climate-neutral industry. The projects must contribute to the call's performance targets and one or more of the call's long impact goals.
Increased knowledge of obstacles and opportunities in aim to contribute to policy development and / or a behavioral change that drives the transition to a circular and climate-neutral industry.
The offer is aimed at constellations of at least 3 parties (legal entities) who have the ability and interest to jointly contribute to a circular and climate-neutral industry.
The actors who are most affected by the project's results, ie needy owners, are expected to participate in the project.
Activities that are carried out must investigate obstacles and opportunities and show concrete examples / proposals of what is required to drive the transition to a circular and climate-neutral industry after the end of the project.
Development of technical solutions, as well as locally oriented initiatives or those that only concern an individual company, is not financed in this offer.
In this the offer financed not project that addresses issues in food, medicine, mobility and Environment in terms of planning, development, construction and management of buildings and social structure.
To apply for funding, you need to log in and complete an application form in our eServices portal. The application form contains questions about your project, the participants taking part in the project and your budget.

Please keep in mind that it takes time to complete an application. Filling in the templates can take several days, since they're based on analyses you need to do. Therefore, start the application well in advance. You can start filling in your details, then save and continue at a later time.
When you've completed your application, please mark it as done ("klar"). You can unlock and make changes to your application at any time until the call closes. If you unlock your application, you must mark it as done ("klarmarkera") if you want the application registered when the call closes.
Once your proposal registered, we will email a confirmation to the person in charge of the user account and to the project manager and the signatory. This may take a few hours after the call is closed.
When the call is closed, you can not change or fill in any new information. Then you can only complete your proposal if we ask for it.
Applications submitted to us become public documents. However, we do not disclose information about the business, inventions or research results if it can be assumed that someone is suffering financial damage if the information is shown.
This means that we must release the documents if someone requests them. However, we keep confidential the information that we believe could cause financial damage if it is disclosed.
