Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** To demonstrate Vividye´s concept in the textile value chain, a first product was launched in December 2021 in collaboration with a fashion company, Gina Tricot. It contributed with technical validation in the industrial environment and customer demand validated market potential, but no user tests were performed on a larger scale. The suitability of the technology for textile fiber recycling could only be confirmed at a level of interest and not through technical validation, as the incentives for reuse are clearer.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** - Product and application tests performed against end customers on a small scale, but without demonstration of redesign - Textile recycling is the focus only later in the development, as evaluation showed stronger incentives for reuse of textiles - Business model is further evaluated to suit broader customer segments. - Decoloration method adapted to area of use and requires further development - Product and certification perspective changed since project start
