Important results from the project
The purpose in phase 2 was to test Vertex GRC, a GRC-system, and to validate the system live at customers, to verify the systems functionality. Another important purpose was to continue to develop partnerships to establish scalable sale and distribution channels.
Expected long term effects
The result was successful where we have developed a complete system available for a broad market, that is tested an validated. We have also built up a great base for a scalable sales and distribution channel though partnerships with consultants.
Approach and implementation
The project was structured in 3 different parts: 1.Validation of the system. Together with customer and partners was the system validated through testing, functionality analysis, performance-testing and code review etc. 2.Establish a semi-automated production process for new customers 3.Establish and continue to develop sales and distribution channels through approaching and working together with customers and partners
