Important results from the project
The project largely achieved its objectives by developing the AI-based module Singers’ Journal for voice analysis and personalized feedback. Development proved more complex than anticipated, which delayed full integration and launch in the app. The functionality is developed and tested, and is planned to be launched within the Vocalise app in June 2026. The project also resulted in a more flexible and scalable technical foundation.
Expected long term effects
The project is expected to have significant long-term effects by enabling data-driven voice training in Vocalise on a large scale. The developed technology creates the conditions for continuous data collection and further development of AI-based feedback. In the long term, the solution contributes to increased access to qualified voice training and strengthened health and well-being for singers.
Approach and implementation
The project was implemented in three phases: core functionality development, pilot and user testing, and launch completion. The work largely followed planned activities, but the development turned out to be more complex than expected, which affected the schedule. Collaboration within the team and with external consultants worked well and was crucial for the project’s implementation.
