Important results from the project

The goal was to develop a product that made it easier to find and compare prices for second hand clothes online. We managed to minimize all the bigger risks early on in the project and launched an MVP of the product within the timeline of the project. We worked closely with customers and users during the whole project, which resulted in a product that our customer segment want to use.

Expected long term effects

In the project, in addition to developing a working product, we also wanted to validate the business model and establish partnerships with customers. We managed to do this and today have a number of paying customers and users. Expected effects we had before the start of the project were that the product promotes circular / sustainable business models, promotes smaller second-hand shops & promotes cheaper consumption of quality products. We have successfully concluded agreements with circular, smaller second-hand stores and made quality products visible on our platform.

Approach and implementation

Working in a cross-functional, competent team with modern ways of working when it comes to product development has been a successful strategy for us. This is because we in a very cost-efficient manner could go from idea to a shipped MVP during the project. The most important learning is to early on in the process involve customers and users but also keep involving them during the whole project.
