Important results from the project
The project aimed to: Obtain FSSC22000 certification, approval for the "Från Sverige" label, acquire up to four EU trademarks, as well as optimize production for better safety. All objective except FSSC22000 certification have been met. The reason is that the factory where the certification will be implemented is delayed until 2023.
Expected long term effects
The result of the project has been: - Large knowledge building around an FSSC22000 certification. - An improved and scaled up process, where automation and new equipment have increased our understanding. - Increased trust among customers, where for example the "Från Sverige" label has been very important.
Approach and implementation
A lot has happened at Mycorena during the course of the project. Therefore, some objective (for example FSSC22000 certification) could not be achieved. Otherwise, the project has aligned well with an expansive phase at Mycorena and resulted in us being able to reach the market faster and increase the trust of our customers.
