Purpose and goal

In phase 1 we have achieved both the technical and the economic goal and want to continue validation in full scale, deepen the market analysis and orchestrate the market introduction. We have analyzed competitors mainly on the Swedish market and based on that and on contacts with customers we understand that the system is at the forefront in comparison with other competitor’s.

Expected results and effects

The two objectives of the project 1. International analysis demonstrating that a. Qualified follow-up tools that link the sustainability areas of economy, social and environment have increased b. Willingness to pay for systematic follow-up is increasing C. System solutions on the Swedish, Nordic, French and Dutch markets should be cloud-based but not in the German. This has resulted in us not including Germany in our international venture 2. Develop a prototype that is ready to be tested in a larger user test in Phase 2, recruit test Partners, verify that the system meets customer needs

Planned approach and implementation

The project had two work packages. The first included a European market study. We have been in contact with potential customers and updated our business plan.In WP 2 we developed the prototype and received comments from customers on this. We have worked according to plan and we have come up with a proposal for a Phase 2 project that involves continued development of the prototype and testing with customers. We found feasibility for a continued innovation process.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
