Important results from the project

In RINALDO phase 1 we have established a partnership with both national and international partners that will serve as foundation for a successful phase 2. We have also established our purpose and goals for phase 2. With starting point in our relevance analysis, we saw a need of a demand-driven, individual-centered care system that strengthens health promoting treatment at health care centers and also preventive health outside. With insights from the relevance analysis we established our goal and further developed a project plan using the feasibility and sustainability analysis.

Expected long term effects

With basis in LFA methodology, we have performed an analysis phase to establish relevance that have included analysis of stakeholders, problems, objectives and strategy. We have interviewed 16 municipalities, 60 companies, 6 regions, xx innovation actors and 2 citizen representative groups and analyzed the results. We have thereafter undertaken a planning phase to evaluate feasibility that have included 2 regional ECH Alliance network meetings to test the methodology and evaluate local stakeholders response. We have compiled insights and developed a project plan for phase 2.

Approach and implementation

We have followed our original plan anchored in LFA methodology which served as a backbone in the project implementation. The LFA steps included analysis of project context, analysis of stakeholder, problem, situation and objective as well as strategy. With the compiled insight from this relevance phase we put together a basic logical framework matrix, performed risk analysis and selected indicators. In collaboration we have performed and activity and resource planning and put together a preliminary partnership agreement. The development of a phase 2 application in ongoing.
