Purpose and goal
We want to give children the power to decide how their own toys should look like. With our kreative apps children will be able to create toys and everything they design can be ordered. We met our goal with the project, which was to validate and create a sustainable and long-term business model. Based on the business model, we have evaluated our existing solution to create a new version focusing on more creative creation of toys in the app.
Expected results and effects
The result of the project is that we now have a sustainable long-term business model and a prototype to base continued development on. The effects we expect from the project are to launch several apps where children can design different kind of toys in a fun and creative manner.
Planned approach and implementation
Web surveys, interviews and conversations with existing and potential customers have formed the basis for the business model we developed. Together with the developer and designer we changed the existing solution.
