Important results from the project
Yes, the goals were met. We tested Gaetir in a realistic, public environment and fixed issues. The work led to improvements in onboarding, reliability, error handling and user experience. We got a clearer picture of what customers need and what the service must be able to do before a broader launch. That feedback has guided which features we prioritize. The project gave us practical experience of how Gaetir works outside the laboratory environment and a good basis for packaging and sales.
Expected long term effects
In the long term, the project will help Gaetir be launched more broadly and protect more organizations against phishing, including the public sector. The experiences from the tests make it possible to develop a more stable and user-friendly service, tailored to real customer needs. They also provide a better basis for sales, partnerships and continued product development. The goal is fewer successful scams such as phishing attacks and less need for manual/complex security work.
Approach and implementation
The project had two parallel work packages. The technical work included packaging Gaetir as a SaaS service and, testing, debugging and improvements to the AI model, operations and user flows. The other included onboarding, support and customer feedback. The work packages complemented each other and followed the planned direction, but required more iterations than expected. The project period was therefore extended so that the tests and pilot could be completed during the summer.
