Purpose and goal
The project goal was to evaluate the prerequisites of the project´s technical, legal and market conditions and thereof develop an application prototype. In summary, the project has been very successful. Some elements have reached beyond our expectations and some had to be re-prioritized and reconsidered based on valuable insights.
Expected results and effects
During the project inquiries of the technical, legal and the prerequisites adjustment to the market been carried out. Based on the results, the company has: - Developed a strategy for managing immaterial rights - Made choices and implemented technical front- and backend solutions. -Developed an application prototype (MVP/MMP)
Planned approach and implementation
In addition to the inquiries and the MVP, mentioned above, the project has contained customer segmentation analysis based on a summary of a survey of 500 potential users. A basic structure to manage communication and feedback from test-users have been created. This will continuously be used for further validation and iteration of the different versions and functionalities of the product.
