Important results from the project
The goal of the project was to validate the solution and the business model and to prepare for internationalization. There we have achieved the goals in a good way. We have received a number of paying customers and partners after adaptions of the business model. We now have a good basis for further work with a solution and business model that has been accepted by the market. We have also prepared the platform for several languages and started collaborations with companies that have activities in other Nordic countries. This means that we can effectively launch the platform in other countries.
Expected long term effects
The project has been very successful and we have achieved the results we had hoped for. We have validated that customers and partners want to pay for the platform. We have also validated that users have carried out a number of activities that have improved the work environment that they would not otherwise have carried out. We have also seen that the platform can increase the involvement and commitment among the employees in the companies that work actively with the platform.
Approach and implementation
The project has been a mix between internal technical activities and development of the business model together with partners. The project has largely followed the plan where the set-up has been good. By combining internal and external activities, the project has progressed in a good way. The Corona situation has to some extent affected the project negatively. Some external activities such as breakfast meetings with partners or trade fairs could not be carried out. We have carried out some digital activities, but it would have been better with physical meetings.
