Important results from the project
VSIZE Perfect fit, is a solution for finding shoes with a perfect fit without having to try. You download the VSIZE app, take pictures on your feet. The images generate models that carry a number of dimensions. The e-merchant has read the inner dimensions of his shoes. A match is made between the foot model, the actual foot and the shoes. In this way, you can find out which shoes have a perfect fit for that particular foot without having to try! This leads to increased customer satisfaction, reduced costs and more sustainable e-commerce through reduced number of returns.
Expected long term effects
We have signed a license agreement with IBV, for loading feet that generate the foot model. We have built the VSIZE app with interfaces including logo and information that is ready for launch in App Store and IOS. We have found a method for loading inner dimensions due to Covid, it has been delayed when we have not been able to travel, start of integration of loading data in the app. We have begun integration with the e-merchant´s business system and designed administration tools to handle the Vsize solution across the school provider, customer and user.
Approach and implementation
Work has taken place in different parts of the project Reading of the customer´s data Verified technical solution and developed a collaboration with IBV. Technical development Effectoft has built a framework around this solution and developed VSIZE Reading a method we sign a cooperation agreement with when we have the opportunity to travel. Integration to customer Med Scorett we have worked with integration to business systems. We have developed an admin tool for managing VSIZE for various partners
