Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The aim of the project was to identify regulatory challenges for the commercialization of Mycorena´s fungal protein. The project has resulted in Mycorena being successfully registered as a food producer and receiving IP Livsmedel certification. Finally, Mycorena has launched its first product directly to the consumer at the end of the project.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The following results have been achieved within the project: - Recommendation from the National Food Administration that we do not need to undergo a Novel food investigation. - Registration with the Environmental Administration as a food producer with an approved audit. - Obtained IP Livsmedel certification (food safety standard). - Obtained V-label Effekten of the project has been that Mycorena has been able to launch its first product directly to consumers.
Approach and implementation

Product launch for consumers. Within the project, Mycorena has enlisted the help of a food consultant to quickly overcome the challenges that arose during the project.
