Purpose and goal
SMEs are systematically disadvantaged in public procurement. Opplens.com solves this with an AI platform that helps SMEs with everything from intelligent matching to expert support. The project will validate the technology with pilots (EU/global) and prepare for a commercial launch, with the goal of democratizing access and strengthening SMEs´ competitiveness.
Expected effects and result
It is an AI engine to find the right tenders for SMEs, match them for partnerships, various ML (AI) to analyze profit opportunities, EMV, risk analysis, and AI for strategic advice. En MVP (Minimum Viable Product) will be launched and then the secure on-premise infrastructure ensures GDPR. The effect is democratized access to procurement for SMEs, which strengthens their competitiveness in Sweden and the EU. This promotes sustainable growth and prepares for international expansion.
Planned approach and implementation
The project (Nov 2025 - Aug 2026) is divided into four work packages. AP1 establishes secure on-premise infrastructure (GDPR). AP2 builds the platform´s MVP and AI engine. AP3 focuses on market validation, recruiting pilots (EU/global) and securing partnerships. AP4 handles ongoing project management and all reporting to Vinnova.
