Purpose and goal
Conifer Vision provides a digital analytics service that enables cost-effective and data-driven forest inventories with high precision using drones and AI. The project´s purpose is to prepare for international expansion through market analysis and customer validation in foreign markets. The goal is to develop a concrete export strategy for the sustainable digitalization of forestry.

The project goal is to develop a clear and practical export strategy that enables Conifer Vision to promote sustainable digitalization of forestry on an international scale. The strategy will be based on in-depth market analysis and needs validation in relevant target markets, focusing on adapting and positioning services for maximum impact and long-term customer value.
Planned approach and implementation
The project consists of four work packages: market analysis, needs validation, business strategy, and sustainability strategy. The work is carried out in close dialogue with industry stakeholders and builds on Conifer´s already customer verified AI-platform.
