Important results from the project
Yehego develops the next-gen online booking tool with aim of encouraging companies and employees to make climate-smart choices when booking business trips. The purpose of the project has been to develop Yehegos MVP into the first version of a commercial product. By developing the product in parallel of conducting a pilot, our ambition have been to act on customers insights gradually and develop the product in accordance with their needs.
Expected long term effects
Thanks to our iterative way of working, we managed to gain a full understanding of the customer´s needs during the project and were thus able to build our product in accordance with the customer´s needs. Willingness to pay has been confirmed from both pilot customers as well as prospective customers and during the spring 2023 dedicated sales efforts will begin. As the company is building a sustainability platform that aims to get companies to partly travel less but also travel greener, this will be followed carefully overtime and constitute as an USP for Yehego´s sustainability platform.
Approach and implementation
Our strategy to develop the product in parallel of conducting pilots with pilot companies, we have been able to act on customer insights as we go along and develop the product in accordance with customers´ needs. This way of working has made it possible for the grant to only go to the necessary functions to reach a commercial product. Due to the development steps we took during the project, we have also been able to secure external capital from existing and new investors, which was also an important milestone in the project
