Purpose and goal
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** In order to reduce our consumption, we must increase the part that takes place through division and service celebration. This can be done appropriately via properties where concentration of consumers prevails with short distances and good opportunities for good knowledge of services. The goal of the project has been to create a consortium that will test that thesis. We have a good consortium and gained good insights via strategic analysis.
Expected results and effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Expected effects are that we succeed in creating a win-win-win model for real estate players, service providers and residents where everyone sees a value. Then, with a generic model, the real estate industry can introduce residents with services in both new construction and existing properties.
Planned approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project was carried out during May-November with workshops within and outside the project group, interviews with service companies, external monitoring and focus on the real estate industry´s processes and challenges.
