Important results from the project
Air suspension is often complex and expensive therefore used only on luxury cars like AUDI A8. By a design for manufacturability with all the functions can a light and cost effective air suspension system be designed and manufactured. The demand for this type of suspension will increase for ordinary cars. The aim is to develop and test a light, cost effective, prototype. The project will be done together with Trelleborg Forsheda AB and Profilgruppen AB.
