Important results from the project

The project ´LexEnergy: Market and Customer Focus Analysis and Strategy for Effective and Secure Commercialization´ aims to successfully launch LexHub, our innovative energy solution. By meticulously mapping and targeting relevant customers, identifying strong collaboration partners, and crafting enticing offerings, we strive for an efficient and secure commercialization. Our goal is to provide sustainable energy solutions and bolster our market presence competitively.

Expected long term effects

Our project has delivered significant progress through customer mapping, identification of potential partners, and the establishment of financial collaborations. This strategic foundation has enhanced our commercial strength. Expected effects include increased market presence and growth opportunities through LexHub, supporting sustainable energy and customer satisfaction.

Approach and implementation

We initiated the project with extensive interviews involving various stakeholders, including grid operators, municipalities, property owners, wholesalers, and others. These insights shaped our tailored proposals, confirmed as viable by stakeholders. Concurrently, we established our financial model and partnership with Nordea Finance, now supporting our commercialization. This model has successfully undergone testing with approximately 20 entities, proving its effectiveness.
