Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to build a strong customer base and establish strategic collaborations to support proactive work against mental illness. The project´s objective was to actively work with sales and customer development, start collaborations in sports and work with social outcome contracts for the public sector. We have established new customer contacts and customers, started a strategic collaboration with a sports association and collaborated with RISE to develop a social outcome contract.
Expected long term effects
The project has so far resulted in fifteen new clients and partnerships. Through dialogue with several federations and an initiated collaboration with a sports federation, the project has built a strong presence within the sports sector, where the potential to reach more people is significant. Beyond the sports sector, the project has engaged regions and municipalities in discussions about potential use of the service. The goal is to create a sustainable solution for preventive mental health with broad application across various sectors.
Approach and implementation
The project has followed a structured plan with active customer outreach, development of marketing messages, and targeted marketing campaigns. Through continuous feedback from customer dialogues, the project has been able to adapt the service’s messaging and functionality, increasing its relevance for different target groups. A key part of the project approach has been customer dialogue and testing to optimize the service and communication for specific user groups.
