Important results from the project

The aim of the project has been to develop and launch a digital platform and service, to educate and match unemployed people regardless of intercultural background, gender or place of residence, towards studies or work. We have reached our objective in developing a digital service, which during the project has had confirmed success, as we have succeeded in helping unemployed people to work or studies.

Expected long term effects

During the project, 275 unemployed people have started work or studies. The ratio is 59% men and 41% women, of which 29% are of non-European origin. Our expectation looking forward is to continue to match unemployed people to work or study. We will continue to refine our methods and improve our digital platform, which we work in. Through the project, we have succeeded in achieving a successful launch with proven results.

Approach and implementation

The project has been implemented by evaluating and procuring systems, developing methods and content and marketing. The project plan has been followed throughout the project and the launch has been successful. Some systems required more adaptation internally than expected, which required more of our own time to adapt these. It also required more time than expected to develop methods and content, which also took more of our own time. The costs for the project were slightly higher than budgeted (approx. SEK 530,000 instead of SEK 500,000), and we have financed the deficit ourselves.
